IC Trends is thoroughly committed to maintaining the highest
quality standards in the industry. Our personnel are experts in
product evaluation, forecasting, purchasing, SCM, CRM, research,
compliance, and other functional areas, and work cooperatively as
an integrated team. By recognizing the expertise of each team
member, and empowering each to participate in the decision
making process, the company inspires cooperation, enthusiasm
and efficiency. The result is that IC Trends customers receive the
highest quality product on time, with all specified packaging,
labeling, and delivery requirements met.
The quality assurance process begins with procurement, which
includes vendor screening and continuous vendor performance
ratings. No company can absolutely guarantee against counterfeit
product, but IC Trends' product evaluation system has proven very
successful, achieving a near-zero defect rating. Products and
packaging undergo a visual inspection, comparison to manufacturer
specifications, and thorough functional and electronic testing of
statistically selected samples. We ship only products that completely
adhere to all customer standards, using your specified packaging,
labeling, and invoicing instructions. Only customer designated
logistics partners are used to ship product and, if necessary, all funds
are escrowed until product is received and approved. |
